Welcome to Furbabies Cattery!

Whether you are off on a long holiday or just need someone to care for your feline friend or other furry/feathered friends for a short time, the animal lovers at Furbabies Cattery and small animal boarding will be more than happy to accommodate. With boarding available all year round starting from only 10 euro per day, we offer a choice of warm, happy, safe and stimulating double and single pens and will cater to all your cat’s dietary and veterinary needs.

Set in the peaceful surroundings of the Wexford countryside near the village of Oylegate, 8.5 km from Enniscorthy and 7.3kn from Wexford Town.

We pride ourselves in giving your cat the care and attention it deserves and can provide a local pick up service if required. Our guests need to have their vaccinations for Enteritis and Cat Flu up to date. We are fully insured and have 24 hr cover on site.

Services

We offer newly refurbished facilities and give our guests a clean cosy chalet style accommodation with a spacious stimulating run. Each chalet has heat lamps and climbing frames, we supply all bedding, scratching posts, toys and feeding bowls, however please feel free to bring their own bed etc. if it will help them to be more settled.

We offer a selection of cat food, wet and dry but please feel free to bring their own food as some maybe on a specialised diet. If your cat is on medication we are happy to administer any treatment. We offer 24 hour veterinary cover if your pet becomes ill.

If you are based in Enniscorthy or Wexford Town and are going away for a short time and require your cat to be fed and looked after at home we will be more than happy to facilitate this for visit rate plus fuel.

Bookings

We recommend you book in advance especially around the holiday season to ensure a place for your furbaby.

Tariffs

We offer 9 cosy chalets with adjoining exercise space. Four of the units can accommodate 2- 3 cats if there is a number of cats from the same household.

Rates

One Cat per day €12

Two Cats sharing €18

Three Cats sharing €24

Four Cats sharing €28

On leaving day please check out by 11am or another days charge will be incurred.

The price includes food of which there is a mixed selection available.

Small Animals

One Rabbit/Guinea Pig per day €7.50

On leaving day please check out by 11am or another days charge will be incurred.

Please supply your own food.

Where we are

Only 10km from Wexford town and 7.5km from Enniscorthy and very close to the N11 (main road from Wexford to Dublin)

Directions
If you are travelling on the N11 from Wexford to Enniscorthy, after leaving through the village of Oylegate, take the next turn right signposted Glenbrien. Carry straight on this road for approximately a kilometer and a half. It is the second turning to the right, down a dirt track, there is a sign for Furbabies on the side of the track. The cattery is located at the first house you come to on the right.
If you are travelling from Enniscorthy to Wexford on N11 just before you come into the village of Oylegate, take the left hand turn signposted Glenbrien, follow the road for approximately a kilometre and a half.
